Knutsford Market Hall Launches New Themed Saturday Pop-Up Programme

Knutsford Market Hall is launching a new programme of themed Saturday pop-ups from 3 October 2026, creating regular opportunities for regional makers, independent businesses and community groups to showcase their products and services in the heart of Knutsford.

The first themed Saturday will take place from 8am to 4pm and focus on health, wellness, self-care and lifestyle, with a range of independent businesses taking part, including:

  • Odyssey Atelier – handmade jewellery, including earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
  • Tropic Skincare – body care, baby products, suncare and make-up.
  • Raya Wellbeing – natural self-care products infused with essential oils.
  • Goodenstouch – handmade jewellery, wellbeing-inspired creations and gifts.
  • Clare Pritchard – discussions and breathing MOTs, highlighting the importance of breathing for stress, anxiety, health and performance.

The new programme follows refurbishment of the Market Hall’s central trading space to create a more flexible area for community activity and pop-up trading. Each Saturday of the month will now have a different theme, giving visitors a changing mix of independent businesses and products to discover.

The monthly themes are:

  • First Saturday – Wellbeing: health, wellness, self-care and lifestyle products.
  • Second Saturday – The Living Space: home, garden, flowers, plants, interiors and crafts.
  • Third Saturday – Silk Mill Collection: menswear, womenswear, accessories and jewellery.
  • Fourth Saturday – Little Explorers: childrenswear, toys and children’s books.
  • Fifth Saturday (where applicable) – Charity & Community: non-profits, local causes and community groups.

Town Centre Manager and Market Officer Sandra Curties said: “The Town Council is proud to provide the Market Hall as a launchpad for small businesses. The new themed Saturdays create an opportunity for the next generation of traders to bring something fresh to the Market Hall, while complementing the vibrant family of established independent businesses already trading there. By creating a changing mix of businesses and products throughout the month, the programme also gives residents and visitors another reason to visit the Market Hall and discover something new in the heart of Knutsford.”

The new Saturday programme supports the Market Hall’s role as a vibrant hub for local life, providing a space for independent businesses, community activity and visitors to eat, shop and meet in the heart of Knutsford.
