We have a reselller hosting account which we use to host our different websites. One benefit of this is that we can offer low-cost community website hosting to community groups and charities in Knutsford.
We’re currently used by Friends of the Moor, Friends of the Heath, Crosstown Community Orchard, Knutsford Heritage Centre, Knutsford GROW and Tatton Rex Probus.
You are provided with space on the shared server to host your own website which you can built on an easy to use platform such as WordPress, upload via FTP or provide access for your website developer to use. We can provide limited support in getting you set up and creating the e-mail accounts and you will need to be able to manage your website yourself.
The Town Council can also arrange your domain name.
The annual cost is just £17.50.
