To consider whether to enter into a four-year funding agreement with The Welcome

9 COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY PROJECTS

To consider revisions to the council’s CIL Framework.

To consider approval of the Town Mayor serving as CIL Projects Advisory Committee Chairman.

To consider a recommendation from the CIL Projects Advisory Committee to add a project to the CIL Projects List.

To consider authorising the release of CIL funds to an approved project.
