PL23/128 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The developer spoke in relation to application 23/4635M stating the application presents a design to preserve and enhance the character of the area and that neighbours have been consulted and considered. The developer outlined the scheme, the approach, and the materials forming the proposal, making note to the biodiversity net gain from hedgerow planting and the inclusion of bat and bird boxes, the included car parking on site, and positivity from neighbours by referencing the comments submitted on the planning portal.
