5 COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY MONITORING REPORT

To note the CIL Monitoring Report for the financial year ending 31st March 2021 which, following the meeting, will be submitted to Cheshire East Council and published on the Town Council website.

8 INTERNAL AUDIT WORKING GROUP

To note the working group has completed the 2020/21 Q1-Q3 reviews, has planned the Q4 review and will formally report to the Finance Committee.

 

9 SEPARATION OF MAYOR’S CHARITY FUNDRAISING ACCOUNTING

To provide direction to the Town Clerk on the separation of the accounting for mayoral fundraising from the main council accounts.

10 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK

An opportunity for members to raise questions relevant to the work of the committee to the Town Clerk

To note that no actions under the committee are outstanding.

To resolve to exclude the public and press on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To review the council’s outstanding debtor report and consider if any additional action is necessary to purse debts.
