REVIEW OF YEAR-TO-DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
The Town Clerk reported that a full rebate had been received for the cancelled group income protection insurance.
REOPENING OF THE COUNCIL OFFICES
The Town Clerk provided an overview of plans to return to full working at the Council Offices, noting until the work from home guidance was removed, office working was predominantly on a voluntary basis.
The Actions Log was noted.
The public and press were excluded from the remainder of the meeting on the grounds of the confidential nature of discussions.
STAFFING OVERVIEW REPORT
The report was noted and it was agreed that the format of the report should be amended such that the current ‘all time’ column for staff being subject to a complaint be amended to two years and for upheld be amended to three years.
The Town Clerk reported the new Civic Events Officer was settling in well and confirmed that the new councillors had been provided with inductions.
