5 REVIEW OF YEAR-TO-DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To review the committee’s income and expenditure year to date, the council summary income and expenditure year to date and mayoral fundraising income and expenditure to date.
6 COMMUNITY GRANTS
To consider recommendations from the Grants Review working group on the final round of small grant applications.
7 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
An opportunity for members to raise questions relevant to the work of the committee to the Town Clerk

To review the outstanding matters log.
