To consider two applications under the Large Grant Scheme for the 2023/24 financial year. Representatives of the applicants have been invited to address and take questions from the committee.

 6 COUNCIL BUDGET 2023/24

To consider the draft council budget for the 2023/24 financial year and recommend a budget, precept and reserve allocations to Full Council

7 AMENDMENT TO FINANCIAL REGULATIONS

8 CONCLUSION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT

To note the conclusion of the External Audit for the 2021/22 financial year.
