To consider a recommendation from the Environment and Transport Committee that the council submit an application to register the Canute Mosaic

11 AMENDMENT OF STANDING ORDERS: MARKET HALL RESPONSIBILITY

Special resolution submitted by Cllrs Dalzell, Gardiner, Lowe, Wood and Watson in accordance with Standing Order 45 to amend the terms of reference of the Town Centre Committee with respect responsibility for the Market Hall.
