Knutsford Rugby Club is one of the youngest and most exciting, progressive rugby clubs in the UK with a thriving junior section and senior set up.
- Senior Training: Tuesdays (7:30 PM – 8:30 PM) for circuit fitness and Thursdays (7:30 PM – 9:00 PM) for game-based training.
- Touch Rugby & Socials: Friday evenings (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM) featuring casual touch rugby and social events.
- Junior Section: Youth and mini sections train and play on Sunday mornings, focusing on teamwork, skill development, and fun.
- New Players: Free to try out for all skill levels, shapes, and sizes, whether you are experienced or completely new to the sport
