PL24/175 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

A resident spoke about application 25/0901/EIA stating there is more that can be explored within the application and urged the council to comment on the flooding and drainage of the site, particularly around the integrity of Booths Mere and flooding impact from the overflow onto the playing fields and Higher Downs and not on the site itself and over the sustainable drainage proposed near Lime Walk over the possible impact of the trees and vegetation in that area. The resident also raised questions over how proposed utility connections will be made via Delmare Road as there appeared to be residential gardens and not enough information presented.
