It was RESOLVED[1] to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 6^th November 2023

It was RESOLVED to submit the comments detailed below.

It was RESOLVED to submit the comments detailed below.

 

PL23/108 PLANNING DECISIONS

The decisions were noted, and the committee asked the Planning and Facilities Officer to contact the case officer for application 23/3667T to find out why the submitted comments were not considered.

 

PL23/109 PLANNING ENFORCEMENT LOG

The log was noted, and it was RESOLVED to contact Peaks and Plains in relation to issues with construction traffic for Winstanley House.

 

PL23/110 DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTIONS SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT

It was RESOLVED to submit the recommendation within report PL23-07.

 

PL23/111 BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT

It was RESOLVED to have the Planning and Facilities Officer draft a response which should includes local provisions in the mitigation hierarchy for Biodiversity Net Gain and to ask Cheshire East Ward councillors to pursue the consideration of the submission.
