PL20/034 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Cllr Gardiner declared a personal interest in application 20/5652T on the grounds of being known to the applicant. Cllr Gray declared a personal interest in applications 21/0022M and 21/0044M on the grounds of being a neighbour to the applicants.
PL20/035 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
A representative of the South Knutsford Residents group spoke in relation to application 21/0022M stating that there seems to be some issues with Knutsford Neighbourhood Plan policies D1 and H3. The proposed garage extends well beyond the Trevone Close building line. The property has already been extended and there may be some vehicular access issues. The proposed garage extension appears to affect the amenity of the neighbouring property on Trevone Close.
A resident spoke in relation to application 20/5866M stating that application is a prominent corner plot and in the applicant’s heritage statement the consultant points out that there is no conservation area appraisal but also does not make any note of the heritage policies included within the Knutsford Neighbourhood Plan. The application does appear to conform but the committee may wish to address the proposed letterbox window and if the lighter brick banding should be continued through the proposed extension.
