PL22/003 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Cllr Dalzell declared a personal interest in application 22/1616M on the grounds of knowing the architect.
Cllr Gray declared a personal interest in application 22/1351M on the grounds of knowing the neighbour.
PL22/004 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
A resident spoke in relation to application 22/1655M stating the application is for the other half of a semi-detached property with a modest extension which includes three elevations of importance, of which the rear elevation of the proposal to Edgerton Square will have a dramatic effect on the small group of distinctly designed houses, and noting the proposal should respect the height, bulk, and design of the neighbouring properties and consider modest symmetry.
A representative spoke on behalf of Knutsford community groups in relation to the Community Group Planning Determinants stating CEC Spatial Planners has agreed the paper which may be a useful tool for how the town will move forward, and that the housing need has been fully met with the land available more than adequate.
