PL24/150 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

PL24/151 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

Cllr Gray declared a personal interest in application 24/2100M on the grounds of being known to the previous owner of the land.

 

PL24/152 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Two residents of Conway Close spoke in relation to application 25/0148/HOUS which had been discussed at the previous meeting, asking the committee to review its submission expressing concern that the house has been used for provision of care and that if the application was approved and the same use continued it would present significant traffic and parking problems.

The committee indicated a consensus view that the Town Clerk should submit a supplementary note to Cheshire East Council questioning if the proposed use would be C3b and if such raise concern due to the impact on parking in the area.

It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 17th February.

It was RESOLVED to submit the comments detailed below.

25/0372/HOUS 1a Queen Street Internal remodel, rear single storey extension and addition of a dormer to existing loft
room.
The council raises no objections, subject to the view of the Conservation Officer with respect the appropriateness of the proposed dormer window, and neighbour comments.
25/0357/HOUS 7 Malvern Road Proposed 2 storey side extension. The council raises no objections, subject to neighbour comments.
24/2100M[1] The Prestbury, Stanley Road Amended Plans: Erection of a new detached dwelling in lieu of dwelling approved on plot 1 most recently granted by permission 21/0695M The council raises no objections, but draws the planning officer’s attention to the close boundary to Tynedale and requests that this is given careful consideration.
