It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 16th December.

It was RESOLVED that the committee Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Planning and Facilities Officer would revise and agree target dates for the outstanding actions for the 2024/2025 action plan, and adopt the proposed 2025/2026 action plan.
