P25/044 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

The Town Clerk advised that since the only business was subject to a resolution to exclude the public and press and there being no public speaking slot, the meeting stream had not been imitated. It was RESOLVED to approve the meeting not being streamed.

All members were present.

 

P25/045 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

No member declared an interest in any item.

 

P25/046 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 24th March.

 

P25/047 CHANGES TO STAFF ROLES AND GRADING

It was RESOLVED to exclude the public and press on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

It was RESOLVED to approve the change outlined in section 2 of report P-25-12.

It was RESOLVED to approve the changes outlined in section 3 of report P-25-12.

The Town Clerk left the meeting.

It was RESOLVED that in the interest of full transparency to refer the matter under section 4 of report P-25-12 to Full Council and that the Chair and Deputy Chair obtain additional information to report on to this meeting.
