It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 5th June.

The financial position year to date was noted and it was noted the second instalment of the precept had been received.
F23/024INTERNAL AUDIT WORKING GROUP REPORT
The Q1 internal audit working group report was noted.
F23/025 ANNUAL REVIEW OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS
It was RESOLVED to amend FR9.3 to read:
The Assets and Operations Committee shall ensure rent reviews are conducted for leased properties in accordance with the terms of the lease.
The relevant committees will review all relevant fees and charges at least annually, following a report of the Town Clerk.

It was RESOLVED to approve the draft budget as presented.
F23/027 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG AND COMMITTEE WORKPLAN
It was noted that no matters are outstanding on the log. The committee workplan for the current civic year was noted.

To note that the next scheduled meetings will be held on 4th December (budget meeting) and 11th December (ordinary meeting)
F23/030 OUTSTANDING DEBTORS
It was RESOLVED to exclude the public and press on the grounds of the confidential nature of discussions.
The outstanding debtors report was noted. The Town Clerk reported on two bad debts, recommending one was written off as irrecoverable and that efforts would be made for the debtor to resume payments on the larger debt.
It was RESOLVED to write off a debt of £138.
