F23/035 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 11th September.

 

F23/036 LARGE GRANT SCHEME APPLICATIONS

Representatives of Hope Central provided a verbal report and took questions on the service and application from the committee.

It was RESOLVED to award a grant of £4,685 in April 2024.

 

F23/037 RESERVES POLICY

It was RESOLVED to approve the revised policy.

 

F23/038 COUNCIL BUDGET 2024/25

It was RESOLVED to:

  1. reduce the income budget for the Cemetery Chapel to £2,000 and amend the projected expenditure for computer equipment and misc purchases to match year to date costs
  2. recommend the budget and reserves as amended to Full Council, requiring a precept of £619,530
