The committee income and expenditure year-to-date was noted.

It was noted that despite the poor weather for Picnic in the Park it had gone well.

E24/024 STRATEGIC PLAN
The status of actions under the committee was noted and it was RESOLVED to approve the 2025/26 action plan as submitted with the exception of exploring a Food and Drink festival as it was felt not to be a priority.
It was suggested that more entertainment be included in the Pumpkin Path for 2025.
E24/025 COMMITTEE BUDGET 2025/26
It was RESOLVED to approve the budget as submitted.
E24/026 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG
It was noted that there were no outstanding actions on the log.
E24/027 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
The Town Clerk responded to a question stating that the 50 Things to Do activity would progress but possibly with fewer activities to make it more exciting.
