E23/042 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 18^th December 2023.

 

E23/031 REVIEW OF YEAR TO DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

The committee income and expenditure year-to-date was noted.

 

E23/032 D-DAY 80^TH ANNIVERSARY COMMEMORATIONS

It was RESOLVED that a service and beacon lighting be held, that schools be encouraged to screen Knutsford Tales of War and to promote a ‘paint a pebble’ project.

 

E23/033 RECENT AND UPCOMING EVENTS

The report was noted.

 

E23/034 STRATEGIC PLAN

The status of actions under the committee were noted.

The Town Clerk undertook to provide a reference guide of social media and newsletter subscriptions to members to disseminate and promote engagement.

 

E23/035 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG

It was noted that note there were no outstanding actions on the log.
