Apologies were received from Cllrs Dalzell (health), Coan, Gardiner and Power (personal business).

No members of the public were present.

 

E21/049 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held 24^th January 2022.

 

E21/050 REVIEW OF YEAR TO DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

The income and expenditure year to date was noted.

The committee suggested that budget be found for the purchase of folding chairs for use at events such as Remembrance Sunday.

 

E21/051 2022 EVENTS UPDATE

The report was noted.

 

E21/052 HM THE QUEEN’S PLATINUM JUBILEE

It was RESOLVED to run a competition to design a new piece of public art in celebration of the jubilee and that the competition be open to people of all ages.

It was RESOLVED to support the Knutsford and District Schools Council through arranging a venue for their art exhibition.

No questions were raised.

 

E21/054 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG

The log was noted.

 

E21/055 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

It was noted that the next scheduled meeting would be held on 13th June 2022 at 7:00pm.
