It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 19th January.
ET25/069 REVIEW OF YEAR TO DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
The committee income and expenditure year-to-date was noted.
ET25/070 STANLEY ROAD / BEXTON ROAD – IMPACT OF CHANGES TO GASKELL AVEN
It was RESOLVED that:
- The SID should be installed as soon as possible to monitor speeds
- Members should identify further locations for SID deployment
- Options for signage to deter speeding should be explored
- Options for additional road markings to highlight sensitive areas should be explored
ET25/071 SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS LEGISLATION: REQUEST FROM NANTWICH TOWN COUNCIL
The committee discussed the merits and implications of the request to ban non-professional firework sales/displays. It was noted the committee did not have data on the subject, such as number of fires or disturbances attributed to the same.
It was RESOLVED to thank Nantwich Town Council for their approach but express that the council does not feel it can make a commitment at this present time.

ET25/075 QUESTIONS TO THE CLERK
It was noted that the new bins were working and deterring corvids from removing litter. It was agreed to discuss replacing bins elsewhere in the town centre at the next meeting.

It was noted that the next scheduled meeting would be held on 8th June at 7pm
