EN22/054 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Apologies were received from Cllrs Nicholson, McCulloch (health), Abel and Power (personal business)

 

EN22/055 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

No member declared an interest in any item under discussion.

 

EN22/056 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

A member of public spoke in relation to littering in Knutsford and asked for support from the council in addressing the issue with initiatives and putting pressure on Cheshire East Council to impose greater fines.

 

EN22/057 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 14^th November 2022.

 

EN22/058 REVIEW OF YEAR-TO-DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE

The year-to-date income and expenditure was noted.

 

EN22/059 NATURE ACTION PLAN

The progress of the Nature Action Plan was noted.  Cllr Lowe raised concern over the remaining items and asked if target dates could be added.

 

EN22/060 CONSERVATION OF STATUETTE

It was RESOLVED to discuss the conservation of the statuette with the Heritage Centre and failing that enter the statuette into storage until such time as funds are available.

 

EN22/061 TOWN MAINTENANCE LOG

The log was noted. Cllr Houghton and Lowe asked if the log could be more focused on the issues Cheshire East Council would resolve.

 

EN22/062 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG

The log was noted.

 

EN22/063 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK

In the absence of the Town Clerk the committee asked for a response via email to a question surrounding two cost centres on the income and expenditure report.

 

EN22/064 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

It was noted that the next scheduled meeting would be held on 27^th March 2023 at 7pm.
