CIL24/001 APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
It was RESOLVED to appoint Cllr Lowe as Chairman.
CIL24/002 APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
It was RESOLVED to appoint Cllr McCulloch as Deputy Chairman.
CIL24/003APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies were received from Cllrs Gray and Johnson (personal business), Mrs Muskett (health) and Mr Thomspon (personal business).
CIL24/004 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Cllr McCulloch declared a personal interest in the application from Toft Cricket Club on the grounds of being known to members. Cllr Wood declared a personal interest in the same on the grounds of being a coach at the club and Cllr Banks declared a personal interest in the same on the grounds of holding a civic fundraising event at the venue.

CIL24/006 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No members of the public wished to address the committee.
CIL24/007 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 17th April.
CIL24/008CIL BALANCES
It was noted that a further £6,666.20 of CIL had been received and £9,575 had been expended on the Ladies Mile path project, creating a balance of £23,588.
CIL24/009 APPLICATION FOR USE OF CIL FUNDS
Representatives of Toft Cricket Club were invited to address the committee and provide additional information on their application.
It was RESOLVED to recommend that the rebuild of Toft Cricket Club is added to the CIL Projects List with a CIL allocation of £50,000, subject to final determination of the appropriate amount at the appropriate time.
CIL24/010 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
The Town Clerk responded to questions advising that the priority projects from the CIL Ideas List would be developed by the relevant council committees and brought to this committee in due course, that CIL could be used to co-fund projects and that CIL could be used to undertake resurfacing within the town centre but that it would be more prudent to allocate it towards a greater scheme of improvement rather than repair.

It was agreed to meet on Wednesday 16th October at 7pm, Mr Myerscough submitted apologies.
