CIL25/001 APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
It was RESOLVED to appoint Cllr Lowe as Chairman.
CIL25/002 APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
It was RESOLVED to appoint Cllr Coan as Deputy Chairman.
CIL25/003 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies were received from Cllrs Johnson (council business), Mesdames Flannery and Muskett (personal business) and Messrs Griffiths (civic business) Myerscough and Thomspon (health).
CIL25/004 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Cllr Hartley declared a personal interest in CIL25/009 as a neighbour to the Tabley Road path.
Mr Malloy declared a personal interest as CIL25/009 as a committee member for Cycle Knutsford and member of Tatton Velo and in CIL25/011 as a committee member for Friends of the Moor.

The terms of reference were noted.
CIL25/006 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No members of the public were present.
CIL25/007 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 17th July 2024.
CIL25/008 CIL BALANCES
It was noted that a further £4,775.22, making a balance of 28,363.22. The Town Clerk confirmed that no receipts were close to the five-year expiry and was asked to identify the potential CIL receipts from development and to periodically remind the committee of the previously agreed priorities for CIL.
CIL25/009 APPLICATION FOR USE OF CIL FUNDS – SPARROW LANE LIGHTING SCHEME DESIGN
It was RESOLVED to recommend that funding the Sparrow Lane lighting scheme design be added to the CIL Projects List with a CIL allocation of £2,800.
CIL25/010 APPLICATION FOR USE OF CIL FUNDS – TABLEY ROAD FOOTPATH
It was RESOLVED to recommend that the creation of a footpath from the Redrow development to Tabley Road is added to the CIL Projects List with a CIL allocation of up to £13,500.
CIL25/011 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
The Town Clerk responded to questions advising that the Community Committee had discussed funding CCTV for the Moor but deferred a decision pending Cheshire East Council undertaking a review of its out of hours service.

It was noted that a meeting would be convened when required.
