PL21/124 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Cllr Gardiner and McCulloch declared a personal interest in the licensing application for Toft Cricket Club, Cllr Gardiner on the grounds of attending an event as mayor, and Cllr McCulloch on the grounds of knowing the chairman and members of the club.
Cllrs Gray and Morris declared a personal interest in application 22/1184M on the grounds of being a neighbour.
PL21/125 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
A resident spoke in relation to application 22/1184M stating the application presents a significant amount of overlooking which will result in loss of amenity, through the proposed 1st floor balcony and the 13 Velux windows.
A resident spoke in relation to application 22/1369M stating the application should be objected to on the grounds the proposal presents a large footprint and an unnecessarily large monolith gable end extension.
A representative for the South Knutsford Residents Group spoke in relation to applications; 22/1200M stating the group did not intend to object; 22/1189M and 22/1431M stating the group did not intend to object; and 22/1048M stating the application is retrospective and the same has proposal has been employed in Macclesfield Town Centre. The representative went on to ask the committee if it would be commenting on the second stage of the SADPD Local Plan as the consultation is open for representations.

It was RESOLVED to resubmit previous comments for application 21/4551M (erection of new residential property within the grounds of The Lodge, Toft Road) which draw attention to the views of Sanctury Moor.
