To receive an update report from the Town Centre Manager.

7 BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

To note the final Knutsford BID proposal.

To consider a recommendation to Full Council as to how the council should vote in the BID ballot.

To determine whether, in the event of a positive ballot, the council will require repayment of the development stage costs.
