To consider a protected trees application 26/0028/TPO – 16 Delmar Road – Tree works to Oak tree (T1) to reduce longer laterals in the upper canopy by up to 3m and reduce other secondary lateral limbs by 1.5m, Oak tree (T2) to prune secondary lateral limbs to clear the property by 3m and Oak tree (T3) to reduce the longer upper lateral limbs by 2.5-3m and reduce the side lateral limbs by up to 2m, prune to give 3m clearance from the neighbouring property, remove deadwood 5cm+ in diameter, reduce by 3m and prune to clear the property by 2.5m and reshape secondary laterals on the property side to balance
7 LICENSING APPLICATIONS
To consider the premises licence application submitted by Smokehouse & Cellar for the following licensable activities.
- The sale of alcohol between 1000 and 0000 Monday to Saturday and 1100 and 2330 on a Sunday.
- The provision of late-night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 daily.
- This application is to reinstate the premises licence which has recently lapsed at this premises.
