1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

2 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

To receive declarations of personal, prejudicial, and pecuniary interests from members relevant to items under discussion at the meeting.

 

3 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

A period of at least 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments.

 

4 LAND AT BOOTHS PARK

To consider the following applications:

  • 25/1468/OUT – Outline application for up to 163 houses and apartments including 30% affordable homes, together with associated open space, sustainable drainage works and landscaping. All matters reserved apart from means of access, and application

 

  • 25/1469/FUL – Full planning application for new access road to serve housing site, together with parking area to serve existing offices [400 spaces], including associated landscaping, sustainable drainage works and enhancements to facades of existing offices.

 

  • 25/1583/FUL – Land At Booths Park, Chelford Road for the erection of a new primary substation to reinforce electricity supply.
