5 REVIEW OF YEAR-TO-DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To review the committee’s income and expenditure year to date, the council summary income and expenditure year to date and the Mayor’s Charity Fundraising receipts/payments year to date.
6 FINANCIAL IMPACT OF COVID PANDEMIC
To review the impact of the pandemic on the council’s finances.
7 COMMUNITY GRANT SCHEME
To review recommendations from the Small Grants working group for the allocation of community grants.
8 FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENTS
To review financial risk assessments for new council activity.
9 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
An opportunity for members to raise questions relevant to the work of the committee to the Town Clerk
10 ACTIONS LOG
To note that no actions under the committee are outstanding.
11 OUTSTANDING DEBTORS
The public and press will be excluded from this item on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
To review the council’s outstanding debtor report and consider if any additional action is necessary to purse debts.
