4 TOWN COUNCIL BUDGET 2021/22
To review the draft council budget and consider a recommendation to Full Council for the council’s budget, reserves and precept for the financial year starting 1st April 2021.

9 INTERNAL AUDIT WORKING GROUP TERMS OF REFERENCE
In accordance with Financial Regulations, the terms of reference of the working group are to be reviewed at the first Finance Committee meeting in each new mayoral year.

An opportunity for members to raise questions relevant to the work of the committee to the Town Clerk

13 OUTSTANDING DEBTORS
To resolve to exclude the public and press on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
To review the council’s outstanding debtor report and consider if any additional action is necessary to purse debts.
