6 CHESHIRE EAST COUNCILLORS’ REPORTS
A period of up to 15 minutes to receive reports from and raise questions to Cheshire East councillors and to review the CEC Members referred matters log.

7 MEMBERS’ REPORTS
To receive reports from members on attendance at external meetings or events and an opportunity for members to bring matters of interest to the attention of the council for information or future discussion.
8 TOFT CRICKET CLUB CIL FUNDING
To consider approval of the release of £20,000 of Community Infrastructure Levy towards the Toft Cricket Club clubhouse rebuilding project.

10 SEALING OF DOCUMENTS
To approve the council’s seal being affixed to documents in connection with the sale of 60 King Street and leases for Justice View and Lily Lodge.

To appoint Cllr Hartley to the vacant seat on the Planning Committee.

To consider approval of a Scheme of Delegation
