To receive declarations of personal, prejudicial and pecuniary interests from members relevant to items under discussion at the meeting.

A period of up to 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments.

To receive and confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 21^st September 2026.

5 APPOINTMENT OF TOWN CLERK

To resolve to exclude the public and press on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To consider a recommendation from the Personnel Committee recruitment panel in respect of the appointment of a new Town Clerk.

6 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on 11^th January 2027.
