Town Council Agenda – 07/12/2020

A meeting of Knutsford Town Council meeting will be held on 7th December 2020 at 7:00pm .

1 INAUGURATION OF THE TOWN MAYOR

Cllr Nicholson will give the nomination speech.

The Town Mayor will be presented with the Town Mayor’s chain of office and give a statement on his appointment.

 

2 INAUGURATION OF THE DEPUTY TOWN MAYOR

Cllr Robertson will give the nomination speech.

The Deputy Town Mayor will be presented with the Deputy Town Mayor’s chain of office.

 

3 APPOINTMENT OF MAYOR’S CADET

The Town Mayor will announce the appointment of the Mayor’s Cadet

 

4 STATEMENT FROM THE FORMER TOWN MAYOR

The former Town Mayor will give a statement on his year in office and formally announce the total of his charitable fundraising.

 

5 VOTE OF THANKS TO THE FORMER TOWN MAYOR

To resolve a vote of thanks to Cllr Andrew Malloy for his service as Town Mayor.

 

6 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

To receive declarations of personal, prejudicial and pecuniary interests from members relevant to items under discussion at the meeting.

 

7 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

To receive apologies for absence.

 

8 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

To receive and confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 23^rd November 2020.
