To note the minutes of committees which have been published since the previous ordinary meeting and raise questions to the committee chairman.

6 CHESHIRE EAST COUNCILLORS’ REPORTS

A period of up to 15 minutes to receive reports from and raise questions to Cheshire East councillors and to review the CEC Members referred matters log.

7 MEMBERS’ REPORTS

8 THE WELCOME – GRANT FUNDING

To consider grant funding for The Welcome for 2026/27 and whether to agree funding for further years.

To consider a recommendation from the Assets and Operations Committee to dispose of the freehold of 60 King Street.

10 CIL RECOMMENDATIONS

To consider recommendations from the CIL Projects Advisory Committee to add two projects to the approved CIL projects list and consider whether funds for any projects should be allocated.

11 CO-OPTION OF BID REPRESENTATIVE ON TOWN CENTRE COMMITTEE

To consider a recommendation from the Town Centre Committee to authorise the co-option of a representative of the BID to the committee
