To receive and confirm the minutes of the committee meeting held on 14^th December 2020.

4 60 KING STREET LEASE

To resolve to exclude the public and press on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To consider a confidential report from the Town Clerk on negotiations for the agreement of a new lease or 60 King Street.

5 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on 18^th January 2021 at 7pm.
