4 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
To receive and confirm the minutes of the committee meeting held on 21st November 2022.
5 REVIEW OF YEAR TO DATE INCOME AND EXPENDITURE
To consider the committee income and expenditure to date.
6 PUBLIC TOILETS CASHLESS PAYMENTS AND USAGE FEE
To consider implementing cashless payments at the public toilets and to consider increasing the usage fee.
7 MARKET HALL REFURBISHMENT
To consider how to progress reaching agreement on a deliverable scheme of improvement for the Market Hall.
8 FREEHOLDERS HUT
To consider the acquisition of the Freeholders Hut.
9 LONGRIDGE DEVELOPMENT ALLOTMENTS AND COMMUNITY BUILDING
To consider whether, in principle, the council would wish to take ownership of the proposed community building and allotments at the Longridge development.
10 QUESTIONS TO THE TOWN CLERK
An opportunity for members to raise questions relevant to the work of the committee to the Town Clerk
11 OUTSTANDING MATTERS LOG
To review the outstanding matters log.
