Cllr Hartley declared a personal interest on the grounds of having sold a property to one of the prospective purchasers of 60 King Street.

A26/020 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 18th May.

 

A26/021 60 KING STREET

It was RESOLVED to accept the highest bid for the property, noting it also constituted the most detailed proposal with the strongest financial backing for renovation.
