It was RESOLVED to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 30th March.

 

A25/064 SALE OF 60 KING STREET – APPOINTMENT OF AGENT

It was RESOLVED that to maximise publicity and secure the greatest interest in the building, to appoint Williams Sillitoe and Graham and Sibbald on a joint agency basis and that the Town Clerk agree the necessary fees.
