FOODIES FESTIVAL returns to Tatton Park in July – with a star-studded line-up of celebrity chefs and chart-topping music stars.
Foodies Festival (dubbed “Gastro-Glasto”) is the biggest touring gourmet food festival in the UK, featuring MasterChef champions, stars of Great British Bake-Off and Michelin starred chefs.
Award-winning chefs taking part this summer, including: MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 champion Daniel Lee, MasterChef 2021 champion, Tom Rhodes, 2019 champion, Irini Tzortzoglou and finalist David Rickett. Local MasterChef star, Liam Rogers, will also cook live in the Chefs Theatre, showcasing his finest dishes.
Bake Off stars making showstoppers in the Cake and Bake Theatre, include 2021 favourites Freya Cox and Lizzie Acker.
The music line-up includes: platinum-selling chart-toppers Lee Ryan & Simon Webbe from legendary boy band Blue and festival favourites, Toploader. And new for Friday, Foodies launch their ‘Big Party Night’ – taking a nostalgia-filled trip back to the 90s, featuring some of the biggest music acts of the era, including: Rozalla, East 17 and S Club All Stars.
A legion of chefs from Michelin starred and award-winning restaurants will give the festival a distinctive local flavour, including, Brazilian chef and star of Great British Menu 2022, Caroline Martins, from Sao Paulo restaurant in Manchester, chef-patron Adam Reid, of 4 AA Rosette awarded The French at the Midland Hotel and Aiden Byrne, chef-patron from The Church Green in Lymm.
The high-profile festival has announced thrilling new features and a busy programme of events, in the quest to deliver an unforgettable weekend of fine food, new experiences and exceptional quality, promising a great family day out.
