PUBLIC PARTICIPATION[1]
A member of the public spoke in relation to application 21/1182M and 21/1183M stating the design is better than the original but still extends beyond current width and unbalances symmetry to rear. The Conservation Officer was critical of earlier designs and concern over the revised plans do enough not to damage the listed building and its views from the west.
A representative of the South Knutsford Residents Group spoke in relation to application 21/3301M posing questions to members about the demolition of another bungalow and if the quality of design for the replacement dwelling is appropriate.
