No interests were declared.
PL22/139 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Residents spoke in relation to applications; 23/1249M stating proposed extension will be dominant and overbearing will detrimentally impact the street scene as the property will love its bungalow character; and 23/1097M stating that the proposed extension will appear dominant to the street it faces in the Town Centre Conservation Area and alter the symmetrical form of the terraced properties.
A representative of the South Knutsford Residents Group spoke in relation to applications; 23/1091M stating the application follows the refusal for 3 dwellings and this proposal presents a test of policy strength as the remaining site, of the historical pair, has not currently been applied for and the local planning authority can only assess what is presented; and 23/1044D stating the proposal falls short of the mark, failing to reinstate the lost hedges and trees, to the point it could constitute harm to the Legh Road Conservation Area. The representative noted there were conditioned landscaping failures on the site from previous applications that have been reported to Planning Enforcement under reference 23/00125E.
