Town Council Comment

22/1045T

21 St Johns Road

Section 211 notice:

There is a large oak tree in the back garden of our property which has grown over the property boundaries There are also two smaller trees in the front garden (a cherry blossom and a magnolia) which have grown into proximity with our house and neighbouring properties. All three trees would benefit from trimming as they will cause damage to properties and are interfering with light

The council raises no objections to the works subject to the Tree Officer being satisfied the works are appropriate.

Cllr Morris abstained from voting on this resolution.
