Knutsford has a strong commitment to remembering the fallen and we are proud to host well attended services every Remembrance Sunday.
In 2021 Remembrance Sunday starts with a slight change, and will parade from King Street Car Park at 9.00am. The parade will go through the town to St John’s Church for the morning church service at 9.30am and then will reassemble to march to the Centennial War Memorial for a 10:45am town service. The parade is then dismissed.
We then head to Mobberley Road at 11:45am for the Crosstown War Memorial and then onto Tatton Park for a service at the Parachute Regiment Memorial. Afterwards we warm everyone up with a cup of tea at the Council Offices.
The 2021 Remembrance Sunday services will be held on Sunday November 14th.
