Remembrance Sunday
Sunday 13th November 2022
Knutsford has a strong commitment to remembering the fallen and we are proud to host well attended services every Remembrance Sunday.
In 2021 Remembrance Sunday started with a slight change, proceeding from King Street Car Park at 9.00am. The parade moved through the town to St John’s Church for the morning church service at 9.30am and then reassembled to march to the Centennial War Memorial for a 10:45am town service. The parade is then dismissed.
We then head to Mobberley Road at 11:45am for the Crosstown War Memorial and then onto Tatton Park for a service at the Parachute Regiment Memorial. Afterwards we warm everyone up with a cup of tea at the Council Offices.
The 2022 Remembrance Sunday services will be held on Sunday 13th November.
