To ensure we can deliver a safe and successful event we have had to radically alter the format of the Christmas Market for 2020 in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

The market will take place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December on the Silk Mill Street and Princess Street car parks where we will feature feature around 60 traders per day selling the finest foods, drinks, crafts and gifts in the area – the perfect place to finish  (or start, we won’t judge) your Christmas shopping!

We begin accepting applications from traders in July each year. Traders wishing to apply for a stall at our market should join our Traders mailing list, as we send out the link to the application directly to this list when they are open. Applications are open for an initial period of four weeks, after which point we begin allocating stalls until the market is full. We’ll continue to accept applications after the first deadline to fill any gaps, though availability will be limited and your application is less likely to be successful.

We receive a high volume of applications each year and unfortunately cannot offer a space to every single trader who applies, so please ensure to apply early if you’re interested in a space.
