1 ELECTION OF THE TOWN MAYOR
To elect the Town Mayor and receive their declaration of acceptance of office.
2 ELECTION OF THE DEPUTY TOWN MAYOR
To elect the Deputy Town Mayor and note that their declaration of acceptance of office will be given before the Town Clerk prior to the next council meeting.
3 APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES TO OUTSIDE BODIES
To appoint members to represent the council on external bodies. Nominations are set out in report C-20-01
4 APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES, SUB-COMMITTEES AND BANK SIGNATORIES
To appoint members and Chairman/Deputy Chairman of the council’s committees and sub-committees of the council, and to confirm the council’s bank signatories. Nominations are set out in report C-20-02
5 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
To receive declarations of personal, prejudicial and pecuniary interests from members relevant to items under discussion at the meeting.
6 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To receive apologies for absence.
7 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
A period of up to 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments.
8 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on 23rd November 2020 at 7pm.
