To elect a committee Chairman.

 

2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

To receive apologies for absence.

 

3 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

To receive declarations of personal, prejudicial and pecuniary interests from members relevant to items under discussion at the meeting.

 

4 ELECTION OF DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

In the event the incumbent Deputy Chairman is elected Chairman, to elect a Deputy Chairman.

 

5 CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

To receive and confirm the minutes of the committee meeting held on 7^th October 2020.
