To consider the introduction of a standing order to prohibit the opinions or statements of members not present at meetings from being conveyed to the meeting.
9 TOWN INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS
To discuss the town’s infrastructure needs arising from the strategic housing developments and agree what actions the Town Council should take to ensure these are delivered.
10 BROADCASTING OF COUNCIL MEETINGS
To consider the arrangements for broadcasting council meetings.
