is the parish authority for the town of Knutsford and represents the residents and businesses within the Knutsford Parish area. 

 15 Councillors are elected every four years in the town's four wards - 
Bexton, Nether Knutsford, Norbury Booths and Over.

The Town Council operates from offices in Toft Road, Knutsford. 

 The Town Council was established in 1974 when it replaced the Knutsford Urban District Council, following a reorganisation of Local Government.
